a. If you withdraw at 100%, you will be billed full cost for all services from the beginning of the academic term. For example, if you had a basic visit at CAPS on 1/5/07 and withdrew at 100% on 1/10/07, you would be billed the full cost of your visit on 1/5/07, which could be $75-$150, not including any lab or other additional charges.

b. If you withdrew at less than 100% and previously had SHIP, you will continue to be enrolled in SHIP for the remainder of the academic term. For example, if you had SHIP and had a basic visit at CAPS on 1/5/07 and withdrew at 90% on 1/10/07, there would be no charge for your visit on 1/5/07 or for any other CAPS visits through the end of the academic term.

c. If you withdrew at less than 100% and previously waived out of SHIP, you will be billed full cost of all services from the effective date of withdrawal for the academic term. For example, if you waived out of SHIP and withdrew at 90% on 1/10/07, you would be billed the full cost of all CAPS visits starting on 1/10/07.
