The Patient Portal allows currently registered UCLA students to contact their CAPS providers about specific client care questions/concerns/medication refills.
To access the Patient Portal, you will need your UCLA log-on ID and password.
NOTICE: Email is NOT an encrypted (i.e. secure) mode of communication and confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed. If you have a question about your health care at CAPS, please login to our Patient Portal and send a secure message to your CAPS provider. Please include your phone number in the message so that a CAPS staff member can call you and discuss any personal information over the phone.
