Pronouns: she/her
Graduate Degree: in progress - Master’s of Social Welfare from UCLA
Clinical Experience/Interests: I have worked in K-12 school settings, providing students with education around mental health and coping. My clinical interests include mindfulness, emotion regulation, neurodivergent populations, LGBTQ+ community, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Approach to Treatment: For me, the most important factor in treatment is the therapeutic relationship cultivated between the client and myself. I believe that true healing is grounded in trust, authenticity, and vulnerability. I strive to support my clients on their personal journeys and help them in recognizing their strengths and building upon them.
