Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
Graduate Degree: M.A. in Clinical Psychology
Graduate School:Pepperdine University
Clinical Experiences/Interests: I’ve worked in various school settings (primary and secondary) as well as other University Counseling Centers. Some of my clinical interests include life transitions and adjustment, identity development, relational issues, grief, anxiety, and perfectionism.
Approach to Treatment:My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that compassion, collaboration, and transparency are key to any therapeutic space. I work to create a safe and open environment where a student can be their authentic self (past, present and future). Using an integrative approach that combines humanistic and various third wave modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT), I work to best meet each student where they’re at and co-create a plan to aid in the development and strengthening of their personal goals, values and skills.
