Pronouns: he/him/his
Graduate Degree: M.A. in Clinical Psychology
Graduate School: The Wright Institute
Clinical Experiences/Interests: Over the past few years I’ve worked in high school counseling and community mental health settings with a focus on queer/LGBTQIA+ identities. Some of my clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, non-monogamy, body image, shame, stigma, medical trauma, chronic illness, creativity, performance, artistry, career, and working with queer or questioning students.
Approach to Treatment: I utilize a relational, psychodynamic lens integrated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to create an open, safe, and authentic space where we can get curious about who you are and why you feel the way you feel. This deeper understanding of yourself can help us generate and try out new ways of thinking and acting towards yourself and others. The interplay between deeper understanding and new choices is what can ultimately lead to change, helping you grow towards a more fulfilling and sustainable life.
